论四川盆地的“虹吸效应”

摘　　要：从四川盆地的地理位置、面积、气候、环境分布等特征上分析了它的特殊性,与地域上的封闭不同的是,四川盆地曾经是中国最早的经济中心,也是巴蜀文化的摇篮,具有重要战略地位。四川盆地的虹吸效应表现为三方面:洼地效应将增强盆地的向心力和竞争力,并提升盆地的影响力和发展力;聚财效应的特点表现为区域人流、物流、资金流、信息流的集聚地;聚变效应则体现在智慧和财富的聚变上。发挥虹吸效应的优势,重点在于抓好西部大开发、灾后恢复重建、统筹城乡发展、成渝经济区发展以及扩大内需以应对金融危机等五个当前的重大机遇。Although blocked from the outside world by the surrounding mountains,Sichuan Basin was once the earliest developed economic center in China,and the cradle of Bashu culture.The siphon effect of Sichuan Basin can be seen in the following three respects:The lowlying basin has stronger centripetal force and competition and hence has greater influence and more potential for development;the basin is also a gathering center of human resources,materials,capitals and information;the fusion effect of the basin is related to fusion of intelligence and fortune.This paper points out in the end that taking the chances of West China development drive,postquake reconstruction,integrated development of urban and rural areas,development of ChengduChongqing economic Zone and expanding domestic demand,we will bring the siphon effect of Sichuan Basin into full play.
