改良的非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术196例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨非脱垂子宫行改良式经阴道切除术的手术要点及临床效果。方法:选择2003年1月至2008年12月在我科住院的非脱垂子宫行改良式经阴道切除术196例作为研究组。随机抽取同期病例行传统阴式子宫切除术60例作为对照组,观察其临床效果并进行对照分析。结果:研究组手术时间,术中出血量,术后排气时间,术后病率,住院时间均少于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:改良式非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术具有操作简便、安全,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点,是切除子宫的理想术式。Objective： To study the advantages operative principles and the clinical value of improved transvaginal hysterectomy for non - prolaspsed uterus. Method： The improved transvaginal hysterectomy in 196 cases were compared with the traditional transvaginal hysterectomy in 60 cases. They were chosen ran- domly from 2003.1 to 2008.12. Result： Compared with the traditional group, the improved group, which was operated successfully without complications during or after operation, anus exhaustion, hostipalization time decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was also significant difference in operation time, volume of blood loss between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Improved transvaginal hysterectomy is a good operative method with less damage and quicker recovery.
