超量皮肤扩张术在治疗颈部中重度瘢痕挛缩畸形的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超量皮肤扩张术在治疗颈部中重度瘢痕挛缩畸形中的效果。方法64例患者随机分为观察组（33例）和对照组（31例），观察组采用颈部皮肤超量扩张术治疗，对照组采用背阔肌肌皮瓣转移术治疗，比较两种术式临床疗效。结果观察组患者颈部肤色好，挛缩瘢痕得到松解，效果明显优于对照组。结论颈部超量扩张术治疗颈部中重度瘢痕挛缩畸形安全，有效。Objective To explore the effects of super thin flap to treat the neck severe scar eontraeture. Methods 64 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group（33 eases） and the control group（31 cases） ,the intervention group were treated with super thin flap of neck,the control group were treated with the Latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, and then compared the effect of them. Result The patients of intervention group had aehieved good results,the skin was fine, skin contraetion was very small, and the effects was better than that of the control group, there is significant difference between them（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion It is a safe and effective method to treat the neck severe scar contracture with super thin flap of neck, and hence is worthy of being recommended in elinical practiee.
