海水提取亚硫酸钾浓缩工艺研究

摘　　要：以亚硫酸钾为蒸煮剂制浆,是目前我国草浆造纸行业最具发展前景的方法。从海水中提取钾离子制备亚硫酸钾的新技术可有效解决其高生产成本问题,但经吸附洗脱工艺得到的富钾液(洗脱液)中亚硫酸钾含量仍偏低,且含有大量杂质。因此,研究在添加抗氧化剂条件下,将洗脱液进行蒸发浓缩,低成本制备符合制浆要求的亚硫酸钾蒸煮剂,并通过比较两种不同浓缩方式,探讨亚硫酸钾蒸煮剂的最佳浓缩工艺。Pulping with potassium sulfite cooking agent is now the most promising method in straw pulp papermaking industry in China. The new technology of preparing potassium sulfite from seawater could effectively solve the problem of high product cost. However, the content of potassium sulfite in the potassium - rich liquid got by absorption and desorption technics was still relatively low. Moreover, it cantained large amounts of impurities. Therefore, study under the conditions of adding anti - oxidants, preparation of low - cost, in line with the pulping requirements potassium sulfite pulp cooking agent by evaporating process, and probed into the best preparation technics of potassium sulfite cooking agent through comparing two different concentration methods.
