摘 要:介绍了实验室关于矿物质舔块压制成形研究的一些试验结果。使用正交试验设计讨论了压制压力、原料填充量、颗粒级配和水分对矿物质舔块压制成形的影响,试验表明:压制压力、原料填充量和颗粒级配对矿物质舔块压制成形影响显著,在兼顾生产率和生产条件允许情况下,应提高压制压力,减少填充量配以合理粒径级配可提高舔块压实密度和抗压强度。Some experimental results of research on suppression of forming of mineral licking block are introduced. This article discussed some influence of the pressing pressure, raw material packing quantity, grain composition and the moisture content on suppression of forming of mineral licking block by orthogonal design. The experiments indicated that pressing pressure, raw material packing quantity and grain composition have notable influence on suppression of forming of mineral licking block. In the proper attention to both productivity and the permissible working condition, higher pressing pressure, less raw material packing quantity and reasonable grain composition can enhance compacted density and the compressive strength.
