乐山市尘肺病发生状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解乐山市尘肺病发生状况,为乐山市尘肺病防治工作提供科学依据。方法依据GBZ70-2002《尘肺病诊断标准》,参照GB5906-2000《尘肺病诊断标准片》,对2005—2007年乐山市新诊断的尘肺病例进行分析。结果2005—2007年新诊断尘肺病415例,其中退休职工326例,占78.55%;平均发病年龄54.21岁,明显高于1949—1998年四川省尘肺病例平均发病年龄(47.88岁);新诊断的尘肺病例中,建材系统仅8例,但其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ期尘肺病例就有6例,占75%,明显高于新诊断尘肺病例36.38%的跨期诊断比例。结论粉尘接触退休工人的职业健康监护同在岗工人一样非常重要,应当严格依法定期进行;乐山市建材系统工人的职业健康监护严重缺失,潜在粉尘危害情况严峻,应加强卫生监督,保障工人的职业健康,使监护权落到实处。[ Objective] To understand the incidence of pneumoconiosis in Leshan City, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures. [ Methods] According to ＂diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis＂ （ GBZ 70 - 2002 } and referring to ＂standard chest radiograph for pneumoconiosis diagnosis＂ （ GB 5906 - 2000 } , analysis was conducted on pneumoconiosis cases who were newly diagnosed in Leshan City from 2005 to 2007. [ Results ] Totally 415 cases of pneumoconiosis were newly diagnosed during 2005--2007, among which 326 （78.55% } were retired employees, and the average onset age was 54.21 years old, which was significantly higher than that of Sichuan Province during 1949--1998 （47.88 years} ; of all newly-diagnosed cases, only 8 cases engaged in construction materials industry, among which 6 （75% } were Ⅱ and Ⅲ period pneumoeoniosis, significantly higher than 36. 38% of cross-time diagnostic proportion. [ Conclusion] The occupational health surveillance on retired employees who has worked on dust-exposed post is as important as those on guard, and should be conducted regularly according to the law. The occupational health surveillance of employees in construction materials industry is seriously deficient in Leshan City, and the potential dust harm is serious. Hygiene inspection should be strengthened to ensure the occupational health of employees. The right of surveillance should be well implemented.
