摘　　要：目的应用简单、快捷、适用的职业健康检查网络系统,提高职业健康监护管理效率。方法采用Oracleqi数据库,将职业健康技术服务机构所有体检相关部门计算机联网,开发职业健康检查系统;并建立劳动者、用人单位及技术服务机构基本档案,生成职业健康监护各类报表,建立职业健康监护网络管理系统。结果经过4年多的开发与应用,实现了各部门体检数据网络传输,简化了体检流程,减少了重复劳动,提高了职业健康监护效率。结论该系统是简单、快捷、适用的职业健康监护管理系统,功能强大,具有很好的应用价值,适合地(市)级以上职业健康监护部门采用。[ Objective] To apply simplified, fast and applicable occupational health surveillance network, to improve the manage- ment efficiency of occupational health surveillance. [ Methods] Oracle qi database was adopted to connect all computers in physical examination departments of occupational health services organization, and develop occupational health inspection system. Basic profiles of workers, employers and technical services were established, and various types of occupational health surveillance reports were generated. Finally, management system of occupational health surveillance network was established. [ Results] After 4 years development and application, the function of physical examination data transmission among all departments were achieved , which simplified the examination process, reduced duplication of labor and improved the monitoring efficacy of occupational health. [Condusion ] This system is simplified, fast and applicable, with powerful function and good application value, suitable for application in occupational health monitoring department above prefectural { city） level.
