摘  要:目的探讨用一种更加简便实用的方法测定全血中铅。方法取0.5ml肝素钠抗凝血,于微波消解仪中消化,定容,用原子吸收仪石墨炉进样,峰高定量,进行血样及标准物质的检测。结果能有效防止石墨管内的碳堆积,避免仪器信号值的降低,解决无正常牛血或人血配制标准的困扰。最低检出浓度为2μg/L,回收率在94.8%~103.5%之间,标准物质及样品检测结果较为满意。结论该法为一种较为方便的检测全血中铅含量的方法。[ Objective ] To study a simple and convenient method for determination of lead in whole blood. [ Methods ] 0.5 ml heparin sodium was adopted to anticoagulation, and samples were digested in microwave dissolver. After constant volume, sample injection was performed in graphite furnace of atomic absorption instrument, peak height was used for the qualitative analysis. The blood samples and reference material were detected. [ Results] The method could effectively prevent accumulation of carbon graphite tube to avoid reducing of equipment signal value, and solve the puzzles of absence of standard confecting by normal cattle blood or human blood. The minimum detectable concentration was 2 μg/L, and the recovery rate was 94.8% - 103.5%. The detection results of blood samples and reference material were satisfying. [ Conclusion] This method is a convenient method for determination of lead in whole blood.
