摘 要:目的尽量减少摄X射线平片对工作者、被检者不必要的射线照射量,提高综合防护效果;探索缩短焦片距的摄片质量。方法流水选取病人160例既是实验组,又是对照组(自身对照),用不同焦片距摄胸部后前位片,记录检测数据并进行统计分析。结果实验组160例总照射量为1768.38×10-4μC/kg;对照组160例总照射量为5493.54×10-4μC/kg。经统计学处理,差异具有统计学意义(u=-166.66,P<0.01)。实验组病人的胸片,影像清晰,层次分明,片质较好,保证了诊断需要。结论缩短焦片距摄胸部平片的方法,能非常显著地增加防护效果且片质较好。[ Objective] To improve the comprehensive radioprotective effect on photographers and patients by decreasing as far as possible needless X-ray radiation doses, and to explore the film quality obtained with short focal distance. [ Methods]Totally 160 patients were selected in consecutive order as experimental group and also control group ( namely self-control). They received chest imaging with different film focal distances. The examination data were recorded and analyzed. [ Results ] The total dosimetry received by 160 cases of experimental group was 1768.38 × 10^-4μC/kg and 5493.54 × 10^-4μC/kg in control group. The difference between them was significant ( u = -166.66, P 〈 0.01 ). The films of the experimental group were clear and could satisfy the need for diagnosis. [ Conclusion ] The technique of chest imaging with short focal distance can obtain films of good quality and effectively improve radioprotective effect.
