摘　　要：目的了解初孕妇不同孕期的情绪状态,关注孕妇心理健康。方法采用SCL-90量表和SDS量表对140名妊娠妇女(妊娠组)和未婚或已婚未孕健康妇女(对照组)64人的心理卫生状况进行调查。结果SCL-90量表调查表明,初孕妇女在妊娠早、中、晚期的心理问题多于对照组(P<0.01);妊娠早期精神情感症状分高于中、晚期(P<0.01)。结论应关注孕妇的心理健康水平,特别是孕早期妇女的心理,给胎儿一个良好的生长环境。[ Objective ] To know the emotional state of pregnant women in different pregnancy period, concern the psychological health of pregnant women. [ Methods ] The psychological health status of the pregnant group （ 140 pregnant women） and the control group （64 unmarried or non-pregnant women ） were investigated by SCL-90 scale and SDS scale. [ Results ] The investigation of SCL-90 scale showed that the psychological problems of primigravida were more than those of the control group in early, intermediate and advanced period （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] It was suggested that the attention on psychological health status of pregnancy women should be improved, especially in early pregnancy, to provide a favorable environment for fetus.
