摘　　要：目的了解盐城市盐都区各级医疗机构消毒工作的现状,探讨解决盐都区医疗机构消毒工作中存在问题。方法依据GB15982-1995"医院消毒卫生标准",2008年1—12月对盐都区106个医疗机构的消毒工作进行检测。结果共检测样品1811份,合格率为89.34%;区县级医院合格率为97.40%,乡镇级医院合格率为92.47%,厂(校、幼儿园)、村级医务室合格率为77.04%。空气合格率为62.37%,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为85.29%,医务人员手合格率为87.15%,物体表面合格率为90.35%,医疗用品合格率为94.93%,消毒液合格率为95.26%,紫外线杀菌灯合格率为95.83%。结论盐都区医疗机构消毒工作质量还有待提高,完善空气消毒办法和监测内容,特别是要改善厂(校、幼儿园)、村级医务室消毒工作的设备条件和质量管理。[ Objective ] To understand the current status of disinfection in medical institutions at different levels, to explore and solve the existed problem in the disinfection of those medical institutions. [ Methods ] According to ＂ Hygiene Standards of Hospital Disinfection＂ （ GB 15982 - 1995）, the disinfection status of 106 medical institutions was detected in Yandn District from Jan 2008 to Dec 2008. [ Results] Of 1811 tested samples, the total qualified rate was 89.34% ; that of hospitals at district and township levels, clinics in the factory, school, kindergarten and village was 89.34%, 97.40%, 92.47% , respectively. The qualified rate of air, pressure steam sterilizer, hands of the medical staff, object surface, medical supplies, disinfectant and UV germicidal lamp was 62.37%, 85.29%, 87.15%, 90.35%, 94.93%, 95.26% and 95.83%, respectively. [Condusion] The disinfection of the medical institutions in Yandu District needs to be improved. It~ necessary to complete the air disinfection method and the monitoring content. Special attention should be given to the improvement of the equipment conditions of disinfection and quality management in the clinics of factories, schools, kindergartens and villages.
