人类软骨糖蛋白-39与类风湿性关节炎疾病活动的相关性

摘　　要：目的通过类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中人类软骨糖蛋白-39(HCgp-39)水平的检测,研究其与RA疾病活动的相关性及早期诊断意义。方法采用ELISA法检测患者血清中HCSp-39含量,免疫速率散射比浊法测类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白,共检测51例RA患者,50例非RA患者和30例健康人,并进行比较分析。结果RA患者血清中HCSp-39水平明显高于非RA患者和健康人,且与血沉,C反应蛋白,IgM型类风湿因子水平等活动性指标有关。结论HCgp-39水平与RA疾病活动性相关,监测其浓度变化有助于发现骨关节破坏和疾病的早期诊断。[ Objective ] Through the detection of serum human cartilage glycoprotein-39 （ HCgp-39 ） levels of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients, to study the correlation between it and RA activity, and early diagnosis value. [ Methods] ELISA method was adopted to detect serum HCSp-39 levels in patients, immunoscattermetry for RF and C-reactive protein detection. A total of 51 cases of RA, 50 cases of non-RA patients and 30 cases of healthy people were detected, the resuhs were analyzed comparatively. [ Results] Serum HCSp-39 level of RA patients was significantly higher than that of non-RA patients and healthy people, and related with activity index such as ESR, C-reactive protein and IgM rheumatoid factor level. [ Conclusion] HCgp-39 level relates with RA activity. The monitoring of its levels can help to discover joint destruction and disease in early diagnosis.
