摘　　要：根据当前我国医院信息化建设形势及医学院校信息技术课教学中存在的问题,积极探索科学的教学模式和方法。实践证明,采用"案例目标手段"教学法,以"引导指导尝试"为教学步骤开展信息技术课教学,是行之有效的教学新模式,是学生获得扎实专业能力的捷径,对提高学生就业竞争力有重要的意义。Based on the current situation of hospital information construction and information teohnology teach- ing at medical colleges and universities, the paper actively explores the scientific teaching models and methods. Practice has proved that a ＂case goal-means＂ teaching method, with the steps of ＂leading-guiding-try- ing＂ to carry out information technology teaching, is an effective new model of teaching. Students can get a solid professional competence through this shortcut, which is of great significance to improving students＇ employment competitiveness.
