基于粮食安全的耕地需求量及保有量测算研究——以平顶山市为例

摘　　要：基于粮食安全的需求,综合考虑耕地的生产功能、社会经济发展的空间承载功能和生态保护功能等,从口粮需求、饲料粮需求、种子用粮需求、工业用粮需求、粮食损耗、出口需求等6项指标预测耕地保有量。在此基础上,结合平顶山市新一轮土地利用总体规划修编工作,提出了加强耕地特别是基本农田保护的对策和保障措施。In view of the food safety requirements, considering the production function of cultivated land, social economic de- velopment space bearing and ecological protection function and so on,the volume of land tenure was predicted based on six indexes including grains ration demand, feed grains demand, seed USES demand, industrial USES demand, grain losses and export demand and so on . On that basis, suggestions with how to strengthen cultivated especially basic farmland protection were put forward combining new Land use planning work of PingDingShan City.
