痄腮的源流与证治

摘　　要：痄腮又称为"大头病"、"大头瘟"、"蛤蟆瘟"、"时行腮肿"等,具有季节性、传染性、好发于小儿等特点;它的症状可以从"六经"予以分类,分为阳明受邪、太阳受邪、少阳受邪、三阳受邪、厥阴受邪、少阴受邪等。痄腮的病因有邪热内伏、湿热壅盛、外感疫毒、内伤七情、暑风挟湿、风热犯胃、阳明积热、温毒外袭、风痰内生、少阴亏虚等,这些致病因素通过不同途径导致痄腮的形成;内科治疗大法有清热泻火、清热解毒、疏风散热、通腑泄热、扶正祛邪、益气养阴补血、升举阳气、清泻胃火、清泻肝火、滋阴补肾等;还可以通过外敷、针灸、涌吐、吹口、含漱等法治疗痄腮。We christened mumps big head, big head blast, plagues of toad, and the turgescence of cheek in vogue, and so on. The mumps is taken bad with the characteristic of seasonality, infectivity and occurs most frequently on children. Its symptom could be reduced to yangming disease, taiyang disease, shaoyang disease, jueyin disease, and shaoyin disease about the six channels. The pathogeny of mumps includes the internal heat, dampness and heat, epidemic pathogenic factor, internal damage by the excessive seven emotions, deficiency of shao yin, and so on. These risk factors lead to the formation of mumps through many channels. And the therapeutic method of internal medicine about mumps includes clearing hot, clearing away heat and toxic material, dispeling wind and removing heat, purgating fu - organs to eliminate heat, strengthening body resistance to dispel pathogenic factors, and so on. Besides, we can treat mumps by application, acupuncture, emetic therapy, mouthpiece and mouthwash.
