半枝莲多糖辅助化疗药物对小鼠血清TNF-α、VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨半枝莲多糖辅助环磷酰胺CTX对TNF-α,VEGF表达含量的影响。方法:采用移植性H22肝癌小鼠,随机分为正常组、肿瘤组、肿瘤给药组,给药组按两种药的不同剂量的组合分为9组。连续给药1个月后,取血离心得血清,酶联免疫法(ELISA)测血清中TNF-α,VEGF含量。结果:半枝莲多糖辅助CTX能上调TNF-α和下调VEGF的表达。结论:通过上调TNF-α产生更好的肿瘤杀伤效果,通过下调VEGF能抑制肿瘤血管的生成,说明半枝莲多糖的抗肿瘤功效和对CTX的辅助作用。Objective：To discuss the effects of SBP assisting CTX on the content of TNF-α ,VEGF of blood serum in H22 mouse. Methods：The H22 liver cancer cells transplanted in mouse were established,grouped into Normal ,Cancer,Cancer and drugs. Drugs group was divided into nine groups by the combination of different doses of both drugs . After used drugs a month, the content of TNF -α,VEGF in blood serum which was from Centrifugal blood from the mouse was tested by ELISA. Results： SBP could increase the level of TNF-α and downsize that of VEGF in blood serum（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The Anti -tumor effectiveness and the auxiliary rote of SBP are embodied by the results.
