摘  要:目的:研究地龙有效成分对体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞(HMC)增殖的影响,并探讨其防治糖尿病肾病的可能作用机制。方法:将常规培养的HMC分为正常对照组、地龙有效成分低、中、高剂量组,分别给予相应处理后24h采用4-甲偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞增殖。结果:与空白对照组相比,各药物组均不同程度的抑制了正常HMC的增殖,其中,中剂量药物组对HMC细胞的增殖抑制作用最为显著(P<0.01),低剂量和高剂量组也能够抑制HMC细胞的增殖(P<0.05)。结论:地龙有效成分能够抑制HMC的增殖,中剂量组效果最佳。Objective-To study the effect of proliferation of earthworm active ingredients to cultur human thin glomerular mesangial cells (HMC)and explore the possible mechanism on preventing diabetic nephropathy. Methods : HMCs of conventional culture were divided into the normal control group, the earthworm active ingredient low, medium and high dose groups. Respectively given the appropriate treatment after 24h, detected cell proliferation with 4 - A thiazolyl blue (MTF). Results : compared with the blank control group, each treatment group inhibited the normal proliferation of HMC with different degrees. In which, the medium - dose group of the HMC cell proliferation is the most significant (P 〈0. 01 ) ;low - dose and high - dose group can also be inhibiting HMC proliferation ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusions : earthworm active ingredients can inhibit the proliferation of HMC. the medium - dose group is the best.
