万寿菊的镇咳作用及其急性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究万寿菊的镇咳作用,为新药开发提供理论依据。方法:浓氨水引咳法研究万寿菊的药理作用;Bliss法测量它的LD50。结果:万寿菊各剂量均有镇咳作用,且具有剂量依赖性;万寿菊的毒性很小,难以检测。结论:万寿菊的镇咳作用明显,毒性很小。Objective：To study the antitussive effect of Tagetes erecta L. and provied theoretical foundation for researching and developing a new drug. Methods：Researched the pharmacological effects of Tagetes erecta L. by means of nebulization with strong ammonia ; Measured the LDS0 of Tagetes erecta L. by the method of bliss. Results ： 1. All doses of extract of Tagetes erecta L. showed differently antitussive effect, and had dose - dependence;2. The toxicity of Tagetes erecta L. was small, scarcely measured. Conclusions： The antitussive effect of Tagetes erecta L. is evident confirmed through the experiment, and it has littlly toxicity.
