“截敏祛风汤”对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻粘膜组织中乙酰胆碱的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察"截敏祛风汤"对变应性鼻炎大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其作用机制。方法:选择健康大鼠40只,随机分为"截敏祛风汤"组、西替利嗪组、模型对照组和正常对照组,每组10只。造模成功后分别给药7d,观察大鼠的症状、体征,检测其鼻粘膜组织中胆碱酯酶活性,比较各组大鼠鼻粘膜组织中乙酰胆碱含量的变化。结果:"截敏袪风汤"组和西替利嗪组大鼠喷嚏、流涕及抓鼻表现较模型对照组明显减少,与正常对照组相近;"截敏祛风汤"和西替利嗪组动物鼻粘膜组织中胆碱酯酶活性升高,与模型对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05);模型对照组和正常对照组胆碱酯酶活性相近,比较无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:"截敏祛风汤"能明显改善变应性鼻炎大鼠的过敏症状,机制可能是通过提高大鼠鼻粘膜组织中胆碱酯酶活性,进而降低组织中乙酰胆碱含量来实现的。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Jieminqufeng decoction on the rats of allergic rhinitis and mechanism. Methods： Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： JieMinQuFeng decoction group, cetirizine group, model control group and normal control group. After the model rats of allergic rhinitis were established, the 4 groups were given differently drugs for 7 days respectively. We observed the behavioral changes of rats, and detected the activity of acetylcholine esterase（AchE）in the nasal mucosa. Results： The allergic symptoms of A and B groups were similar with D group, inversely, approving dramatically compared with C group. The actwise of AchE of A and B groups were higher than the C and D groups, the deviation was significant at 0.05 level. Conclusions ： The Jieminqufeng decoction is an effective drug to allergic rhinitis. It＇s possible that the mechanism decreases the level of acetyl -chdine（ACh） by increasing the activity of AChE in nasal mueosa.
