摘  要:目的:以指纹图谱方式,研究柴芩清肝汤传统合煎与分煎混合液的化学成分差异。方法:以常规方法制备柴芩清肝汤的分煎和合煎提取物,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),考察并确定最佳的色谱条件,对柴芩清肝汤的合煎和分煎提取物进行测定,比较两者指纹图谱的差别。结果:柴芩清肝汤分煎混合液中共检出20个峰。分煎和合煎提取物中化学成分组成存在差异,分煎提取物中主要化学成分的提取率大于合煎提取物,且共有化学成分的组成比例也不同。结论:柴芩清肝汤分煎和合煎提取物中主要化学成分组成及其共有成分比例存在差异。Objective :To study the differences of chemical composition between extracts of Chaiqinqinggan Tang pre -pared by deeocting together and single, with fingerprint technology. Methods: The extracts of Chaiqinqinggan Tang were prepared by deeocting together and single under the same process. The comparison was done under the different wavelengths, HPLC method determined the extract's fingerprint within the ranges of optimized conditions. Results:There were 20 peaks in the fingerprint of compatible granules of Chaiqinqinggan Tang. The ratio of the compositions and its main chemical substances was different between the two extracts, and the extract rate of the main chemical substances was higher in extrat decocted single than in extract decocted together. Conclusions:There are some chemical substances and compositions, ratio being different in the extracts of Chaiqinqinggan Tang made by decocting together and single.
