类风湿关节炎滑膜血管生成和血管翳

摘　　要：血管翳的形成是类风湿关节炎(RA)的重要病理过程,是引起关节病变、软骨破坏的主要原因及病理基础,而滑膜血管增生是血管翳形成的主要病理特点。本文从滑膜血管生成过程及其影响因素以及以滑膜血管或血管翳为靶标的RA治疗策略3个方面进行了初步的阐述,以期为RA临床的防治研究提供思路和参考。The formation of pannus is an important pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）,which is the main reason and pathological basis of joint lesion and cartilage destruction.And synovial angiogenesis is the main pathological feature of pannus formation.In this paper,we provided a review in following aspects：the synovial angiogenesis process,influencing factors,and treatment of RA targeted on pannus and synovial angiogenesis,with the view to provide ideas and reference for the treatment of RA.
