槲皮素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘　　要：槲皮素是从中药及天然植物中提取的黄酮类化合物,具有抗肿瘤细胞增殖及促肿瘤细胞凋亡的生物学作用。本文主要阐述槲皮素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的分子机制的研究进展,其中包括阻滞细胞周期;调节Bcl-2/bax的表达;上调cspases-3;阻遏热休克蛋白;抑制Survivin;抑制端粒酶活性;改变线粒体膜电位和阻断信号转导通路等。Quercetin is a flavanoid extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine and natural plants. Recent studies showed that quercetin has some biological effect inhibiting proliferation of tumor cells and impelling cell apoptosis. This article mainly described the research progress of molecular mechanism of quercetin-induced tumor cell apoptosis,including cell cycle arrest,bcl-2/bax expression regulation,Caspases-3 up-regulation, HSP70 inhibition, survivin inhibition, telomerase activity inhibition, mitochondrial membrane potential aheration and signal pathways blockage ect.
