摘　　要：有效的测量皮肤病患者的HRQOL日益重要,现今虽然已有多种测量工具和心理测验新技术,但是皮肤病应采用哪个量表较合适还没有达成一致意见。本综述的目的就是简要评价一下皮肤病调查中所使用的一般HRQOL量表和皮肤病特异性HRQOL量表的信度、效度、反应性等,总结HRQOL量表已用于皮肤病的概况,以期为临床调查HRQOL提供有效的工具。The effective measurement of HRQOL（ heahh-related quality of life） in patients with skin diseases is increasingly important. Despite the availability of a variety of instruments and new psychometric techniques, there is no consensus as to which HRQOL measurement is preferred in dermatology. The objective of this review is to evaluate the reliability, validity and responsivity of generic HRQOL measures and dermatology-specific HRQOL measures in the epidemiologic survey of dermatology. Furthermore, HRQOL tools applied in skin diseases are overviewed,they are effective tools in clinic HRQOL research.
