摘　　要：对于周围神经缺血/再灌注损伤的研究少于中枢神经,周围神经缺血/再灌注损伤可对神经的超微结构、电生理、脊髓神经元等造成一系列病理改变,其损伤机制与氧自由基、细胞因子、钙超载等密切相关。马尾压迫症可造成神经微循环、组织学及骶髓前角细胞凋亡等病理变化。现就周围神经缺血/再灌注损伤与马尾压迫症进行综述。The research on the ischemia/reperfusion injury of peripheral nerve is less than that of central nerve, lschemia/reperfusion injury in peripheral nerve can cause a series of pathological changes to nerve ultra-structure,electrophysiology and spinal nerve. The mechanism of these changes has close correlation with oxygen radicals, cytokines and calcium overload. Cauda equina compression syndrome can cause the pathological changes to nerve microeirculation, histology and apoptosis of sacral cord anterior horn cells. This article reviews ischemia/reperfusion injury of peripheral nerve and cauda equina compression syndrome.
