摘　　要：目的评价70岁及以上高危老年人良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱结石腔内手术治疗的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析96例70～92岁患者经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP),同时行气压弹道碎石术的临床资料和随访结果。结果所有患者均一次处理成功,平均手术时间80.5min,平均术中出血108mL,术中和术后无膀胱穿孔、水中毒和危及生命的并发症发生。随访2年,未见结石复发及尿失禁、尿道狭窄等并发症。结论70岁及以上高危老年人同期施行TURP和气压弹道碎石术安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To estimate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate（ TURP） and ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity（USPL） in the treatment of benign prostate hyperp/asia（BPH） with bladder calculi in high-risk elderly. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out in 96 cases（70 -92 years）who were received TURP and USPL treatment. Results All the operations were carried out successfully. Average time of operation was 80.5 rain. Average intraoperative bleeding volume was 108 mL. There were no complications which threatened life and water intoxication, vesical perforation intraopcration and postoperatinn. After two years follow up, we didn＇t find the complications such as calculus relapse, urinary incontinence and urethral stricture and so on. Conclusionshyper-70-year high risk elderly were safe to be operated by TURP and USPL at the same time.
