摘　　要：本文分析了区域农业结构非合意性趋同的危害、成因以及其存在的必然性与长期性。研究认为,农民、地方政府和市场在农业结构调整中行为的局限性是区域农业结构非合意性趋同的主要原因,区域农业结构非合意性趋同导致了部分农产品生产能力过剩,阻碍了区域特色农业的形成与发展,不利于实现农业结构调整的"战略性",具有一定的长期性,当前的对策是创造有利于广大农民的主体作用、地方政府的主导作用和市场组织的组织作用的理性发挥的内、外部条件。This paper analyses the causes, hazards and protracted nature of regional agricultural structure undesired convergence The Studies suggest that the limitations of behavior of structural adjustment in agriculture of farmers, local government and the market are the main reasons for regional agricultural structure undesired convergence, which can lead to the surplus of some agricultural products, hinder formation and development of regional characteristics agriculture and harm to the realization of agricultural structural adjustment ＂strategic＂, its existence is necessary and has protracted nature, the current approach is to create the internal and external conditions conducive to the main role of the majority of farmers, the leading role of local government and the organization role of market organization to be rational played.
