摘　　要：本文以湖北省龙感湖区为例,通过种植业和养殖业分析,探讨"龙感湖模式"的形成机制,针对存在的问题,提出加大投入和基础设施建设力度,提高抵抗自然灾害的能力;提高管理能力,强化农业、农村环境气候监测;强化科技支撑,提高技术支撑循环经济发展能力的对策。Taking the＂Long Lake Model＂ as an example, this essay is exploring the formation mechanism of ＂Lake Long Model＂ by analyzing the industry of planting and breeding in Long Lake. According the existing problems, some countermeasures were proposed to development circular economy in rural areas, such as to increase the investment and infrastructure were proposed so as to be able to resist natural disasters; to improve management capacity so as to strengthen the monitoring of agriculture, rural environment and climate; to enhance technical support for development of circular economy and increase the support of science and technology.
