摘  要:制备了磷酸改性的高岭土催化剂,用红外光谱仪测定催化剂表面酸性质,并在小型固定床反应器中评价了催化剂对C5烯烃醚化的活性。结果表明:催化剂含有B酸和L酸,随着焙烧温度的增加,总L酸量减少,强L酸比例增加,B酸量变化不明显;焙烧时间延长时,总L酸和强L酸增加;制备的催化剂具有较高的醚化活性,在空速(LHSV)1.2,温度60~70℃,反应压力1.0MPa下,异戊烯的转化率达68.1%。A series of modified kaolin clay catalysts were prepared with phosphoric acid. The surface acidities and etherification activities of the catalysts were characterized by IR spectrometric analyzer and a fxed-bed reactor with C5 olefins as reactant respectively. The results show that the catalysts contain both L and B acid sites. With the calcination temperature increases, the contents of total L acid reduce and the proportion of strong L acid contents increase, whereas the contents of B acid do not change significantly. When the calcination time scale is extended, the contents of total L acid and strong L acid will increase. The prepared catalysts have high etherification activities. On the conditions of the space velocity (LHSV) 1.2; temperature 60-70℃, reaction pressure 1.0MPa, the conversion rate of isoamylene is 68.1%.
