摘  要:通过酚醛树脂包覆天然微晶石墨和炭化处理制备具有核壳结构的酚醛树脂炭包覆天然石墨负极材料,考察了酚醛树脂包覆量对酚醛树脂炭包覆天然石墨负极材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,表面树脂炭的存在使石墨表面更光滑,但不会改变其片层状晶体结构。酚醛树脂炭包覆石墨的比表面积随酚醛树脂包覆量的增加而增大。包覆适当厚度的酚醛树脂炭可明显改善天然微晶石墨的首次充放电性能和循环性能,酚醛树脂包覆量为3%的酚醛树脂炭包覆石墨的首次可逆容量为334.3mAh/g,首次充放电效率为84.8%。The phenol-formaldehyde resin carbon-coated graphite was prepared by means of dipping and charing, which had the graphite-corecarbon-shell structure. The influences of the content of phenol-formaldehyde resin on structure and performance of nature graphite were investigated. The results show that the resin carbon coat smoothes the graphite surface but has no influence to its layered crystal structure. The specific surface area of obtained coated graphite increases gradually with increasing of the content of PF resin. The proper content can improve the performance of cycle and first charge/discharge capacity. The results indicate that the surface is more smooth and the capacity loss was suppressed by carbon-coating, the first reversible capacity of 3% resin coated graphite is 334.3 mAh/g and the first charge/discharge efficiency is 84.8%.
