摘 要:以浙江三鼎科技有限公司的精选膨润土为原料,进行XRD表征分析成分组成,采用有机改性剂对其改性后负载壳聚糖,制备出一种新型复合水处理剂,并对其进行苯酚吸附和废水处理实验,研究了最佳的有机改性剂和最佳壳聚糖负载量以及最适宜处理的废水种类。结果表明,采用十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵改性膨润土,每克负载5mg壳聚糖用来处理炼油废水性价比较高,具备现实可行性。The bentonite produced from Zhejiang San Ding Technology LTD was used as the raw material and its components was analyzed by XRD. The chitosan was supported by the organic modified bentonite to gain a new composite reagent for water treatment and it was used to adsorpt phenol and treat wastewater. The best organic reagent, the optimum supporting dosage of ehitosan and the most suitable kind of wastewater to treat were researched. The results indicate that the benzyldimethyl(octadecyl) ammonium chloride is the best organic reagent and 5mg chitosan supported per one gram bentonite is the most suitable, which is practical to treat wastewater from oil refining.
