摘　　要：知识管理是管理理论与管理实践关注的前沿领域。知识理论的核心内容是:知识资本是知识经济时代的首要资本,知识管理活动将变为知识经济时代企业的首要功能。我国高等院校是典型的知识密集型行业,加强知识资本管理是提高高等院校核心竞争力的唯一有效手段。知识资本微观结构解析是实施知识战略的首要前提,而解析过程必须密切结合于我国高等院校的现实性知识活动。验证性因子分析可以对理论模型提供可靠性检验,从而揭示了我国高等院校知识活动中存在的若干问题。Knowledge management is the frontier content of management theory and practice. The core content of knowledge theory is that knowledge capital is the most important capital in knowledge economic times and knowledge management activity would become the primary function. The college is the typical knowledge trade and knowledge management is the valid method of enforcing the core competence, and this process must combine with the actual knowledge activity. The CFA may provide the reliable certification for theory model and disclose some problems in the process of knowledge activity in our colleges.
