摘　　要：大型公益建设项目在全寿命周期过程中,存在这很多不确定因素,对项目的顺利进行和成功有着很大影响。本文试图建立一个全寿命周期的项目风险管理三维框架模型,时间维——大型公益建设项目全寿命周期,逻辑维——风险管理过程,知识维——风险管理工具和技术。Process is hit by the large-scale public good construction project in entire life cycle, existence this many uncertain factors, proceed as planned and without a hitch to the project has and affects greatly and successful. The three-dimensional frame model the main body of a book is managed trying to build a entire the life cycle project risk , large-scale public good of time thinking construction project entire life cycle, the logic preserves risk management process , knowledge preserves the risk administration implement and the technology.
