摘　　要：本文在知识管理的基础上,研究大型建设项目管理知识集成。首先对知识和知识管理进行阐述,结合大型建设项目的特点,提出项目管理知识集成的动因、涵义并建立了项目知识管理的模型。其支撑条件包括项目知识形态、知识管理方法框架、学习型组织模式和提高知识管理能力四个方面。Study heavy section builds the project administration knowledge integration on the basis the main body of a book is managed in knowledge. Be in progress first to knowledge and the knowledge administration expounding, be tied in wedlock large-scale construction project characteristic, have brought forward project administration knowledge integration agent, implication and have built the model that the project knowledge manages. The person props up condition including the project knowledge form, knowledge manages the method frame, the aspect learning from type organization pattern and improving four knowledge administration abilities.
