我国二元经济结构转变缓慢的原因分析——基于生产要素市场二元性的解释

摘　　要：改革开放以来我国二元经济结构转换具有波动性,我国生产要素市场二元性表现为城乡生产要素市场之间的"独立性"和"差异性",这样的特性制约了我国二元经济结构的转变;从农村剩余劳动力转移和农业劳动生产率两个角度,分析我国生产要素市场二元性阻碍二元经济结构转变的机理;为了稳步推动我国二元经济结构的转变,必须采取有力措施打破生产要素市场的二元性。Since reform and opening in China, the transformation Dualistic Economic Structures has been fluctuant, the duality of factor market reflects ＂independence＂ and ＂difference＂, and these characteristics restrict the transformation Dualistic Economic Structures. Form the two angles of transferring of rural surplus labor and agricultural labor productivity, we analysis the process what the duality of factor market hinders the Dualistic Economic Structures; for promoting transformation Dualistic Economic Structures in China, we must take forceful measures to breaking the duality of factor market.
