摘　　要：跨境人民币结算是人民币国际化的战略性突破。文章基于人民币跨境结算及其区域化发展态势,剖析了次贷危机下人民币跨境结算带来的机遇与挑战。探讨了优化人民币跨境结算环境,合理安排人民币区域化进程、稳步推动人民币区域化的现实策略。Cross- border settlement of RMB is a strategic breakthrough during, during regionalization of the RMB. Based on the RMB cross - border settlemen and regional development of the RMB, The essay analyzed the opportunities and challenges brought about by the RMB cross - border settlemen under the sub - loan crisis, then discussed the strategy for Optimization environment of cross - border settlement of RMB , also included the the reality strategy for reasonable arrangements for the RMB regionalization process, as to steadily promote the regionalization of RMB.
