摘  要:目的:建立同时测定双黄连粉针剂(金银花、连翘、黄芩)中绿原酸、咖啡酸、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷和黄芩苷5种成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为多波长检测。结果:绿原酸、咖啡酸、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷和黄芩苷分别在0.204~2.04μg、0.0102~0.102μg、0.186~1.86μg、0.0585~0.585μg、2.52~25.2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997、0.9994、0.9998、0.9998、0.9999),5种成分平均回收率均符合含量测定要求。结论:本法简单易行,结果准确可靠,可有效地用于双黄连粉针剂的质量控制。AIM: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneously determining chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, forsythin, forsythoside A and baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Powder for Injection (Flos Lonicerae japonicae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Scutellariae, etc. ). METHODS: HPLC assay was carried out on a Phenomenex Luna Cls column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as gradient elation. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set as multi-wavelength detection. RESULTS: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, forsythin, forsythoside A and baiealin fell within the range of 0. 204-2.04 μg,0. 010 2-0. 102 μg,0. 186-1.86 μg,0. 058 5-0. 585μg and 2.52-25.2 μg, respectively. The five components showed good linear correlations ( r = 0. 999 7,0.999 4,0. 999 8,0. 999 8,0. 999 9). The average reeoveries of five eomponents were in accordance with the determination requirements. CONCLUSION : The method is simple, quick, reliable, accurate and very suitable to the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Powder for Injeetion.
