摘 要:为了明确磁处理对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响,通过不同强度及时间的磁场处理小麦种子,研究了磁场对小麦种子萌发、幼苗叶绿素含量及光合特性的影响。结果表明,多数经过磁场处理的小麦种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数高于对照;多数经处理的幼苗叶片中的叶绿体色素含量、光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度、气孔导度及蒸腾速率也高于对照。说明磁场处理增强了小麦种子的萌发能力,提高了小麦幼苗的光合特性。The present study were carried out to characterize the effect of magnetic field on seed gernination, seedling chlorophyll content and photosynthetic indexes with different magnetic field strength and time. The seed gernination rate, germination energy, vigor index and germination index, seedling chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate of wheat were determined in the study. The results showed that the most above-mentioned indexes in treated seeds and seedlings were higher than that in the control, indicating that magnetic treatment have promotion effects on seed germination and potosynthetic characteristics. This could provide theoretical basis for the further study on the wheat physiological index with magnetic field.
