摘 要:目的研究毒热平注射液对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株A/FM/1/47(H1N1)感染小鼠,建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的生物模型,用不同浓度毒热平注射液治疗后,采用MTT法测定脾脏T细胞增殖能力;ConA诱生IFN-γ并用ELISA方法检测INF-γ含量;中性红比色法测定腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;用ELISA试剂盒测定肺匀浆中细胞因子IL-4及IL-10的含量。结果毒热平注射液各剂量组均能明显上调病毒感染组小鼠的T细胞增殖能力、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和INF-γ活性(P<0.01);各剂量组显著下调小鼠肺匀浆的IL-4和IL-10的活性。结论毒热平注射液可通过调节机体的免疫功能发挥抗病毒作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Dureping Injection on immunological function in ICR mice infected by influenza virus. Methods The murine pneumonia model was established induced by influenza virus strain A/FM/1/47 ( H1N1 ), treated with different dose group of Dureping Injection. The proliferous ability of T lymphocytes in spleen was detected by MTT assay, the phagocytic function of murinal celiac macrophage ( Ana - 1 ) was detected by Neutral Red Colorimetry, the bioactivity of interferon - γ ( IFN - γ), interleuking - 1 ( IL - 4 ) and interleuking - 10 ( IL - 10) in the murine lung was measured by ELISA. Results Different dose group of Dureping Injection up - regulated the proliferation of T lymphocytes, phagocyte ability of murinal celiac macrophage and bioac- tivity of IFN - γ; down - regulated the bioactivity of IL - 4 and IL - 10. Conclusion Dureping Injection has obvious antiviral effects by regulating the immunological function.
