摘 要:目的探讨引种金叶接骨木药用价值。方法对金叶接骨木茎叶的生药性状和显微特征、薄层色谱以及水提取剂的急性毒性进行实验研究。结果金叶接骨木的显微中含有单宁细胞、特异腺毛、油细胞等可以作为生药学的重要鉴别特征;薄层色谱实验表明,含有槲皮素、芸香苷以及齐墩果酸等化学成分。小鼠急性毒性实验表明,金叶接骨木水煎液最大剂量达160(以生药计)g/kg给小鼠灌胃,未见小鼠死亡;水浸液30g/kg,无死亡;水浸液45g/kg,小鼠全部死亡,存活小鼠心肌有相似的病理改变。结论金叶接骨木具有接骨木属植物特征。Objective To explore the resources of Sambucus canadensis Aurea exploitaled and utilized. And to provides the basis for identification, quality standard of the plant and whether the plant has medicinal value or not. Methods The leaves and stem of the plant were identified by description of drogen, microscopy and thin layer chromatography (TLC). And the toxicity of aquiferous extraetant were also studied in acute oral toxicity tests. Results The plant contains tannin cell, cilia and oil cells which could be used as significant pharmacognosy identification; Microscopic characteristic thin layer chromatography showed the herb contains chemical composition such as quercetin, ratio side, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid. The acute oral toxicity tests of little mice indicate that the water decoction's maximum dose which can feed the mice is 160 g/kg ( in terms of pharmacognosy), the mice didnt die here. And if the rats were fed by the infusion of 30g/kg (in terms of pharmacognosy), they didnt die neither, but all rats died with 45 g/kg. And the maximum lethal dose of infusion was 45g/kg. The homoplastic pathological changes are discovered in alive rats'myocardium. Conlusion Sambucus canadensis Aurea has characteristics of elderberry. The decoction of the plant are showed to be safer, while infusion has a certain degree of toxicity.
