摘　　要：随着输气管道的不断延伸和对突发事件应急指挥管理水平的提高,配置一套甚小口径远端地面站(VSAT)应急移动通信系统成为必要的需求。VSAT应急移动通信系统将由3座卫星地面站组成,即2座车载站和陕西省天然气股份有限公司总部西安地面站。该系统具有强大的应急工作能力、灵活的移动指挥、可靠的通信手段,为天然气管道决策者快速、准确、科学的应对突发事件提供了有力保障。With the continuous extension of gas pipeline and the improvement of management capacity to handle the emergency, it is very necessary to set an emergency-aid movable communication system of VSAT. The emergency movable communication system of VSAT consists of three satellite ground stations： two car-charged stations, Xi＇an ground station that is located at the Headquarter of Shaanxi Natural Gas Limited Company. This system possesses the strong emergency-aid working capacity, the flexible movable com- mand, and the reliable communication means, and thus providing the strong and solid guarantee for decision makers to handle the e- mergency quickly, exactly and scientifically.
