六流T形连铸中间包内控流装置优化的水模试验研究

摘　　要：通过水模试验研究,对六流T形连铸中间包内的控流装置进行了优化。通过试验选择了控流较好的多孔挡墙形状,优化了多孔挡墙的开孔方向;研究了不同形状的湍流抑制器对中间包内钢液的控流效果。Optimization of flow control devices of six-strand tundish was actualized by water modeling study.Shape of the porous baffle wall was selected to obtain a preferable flow and opening directions of porous baffle wall were optimized.In addition,influence of turbulence inhibitors with different shapes on flow was investigated.
