中医肾系基础证规范化研究中肾概念的探讨

摘　　要：中西医学肾的概念与内涵存在很大不同,从解剖、病、证、生理功能等方面对肾在中、西医学中的概念进行了辨析,从而提出:中医的"肾",是在大量临床实践经验的基础上,形成了独特的外延和内涵,构成了中医理论体系的一部分,所以坚持以中医理论为指导,合理运用现代医学研究成果是肾系病深入规范化研究的前提。The concept and connotation of kidney in Chinese medicine and west medicine are very different,this paper analyzes their differences from the anatomy,diseases,syndrome,and physiological function,and therefore,draws a conclusion that based on a number of clinical practice,the kidney in TCM has developed a unique extension and meaning,which constitutes a part of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine,so we should stick to the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and utilize modern medical research results to study standardization of renal system.
