试论分裂情感性精神病及其治疗

摘　　要：分裂情感性精神病是介于躁狂抑郁性精神病与精神分裂症两者之间的一种混合性重性精神病,根据本家族对此病独特的病因病理认识及辨证论治经验,就此病临床上常见的心性、肝性两大类病理属性之致病之因、病机转换与证候演变,以及临床表现、治则方药、针灸方法等做了论述;同时,还就防止心、肝之气虚、实转换,以杜绝其交替发作,以及善后防复提出了其家之见解与治疗方法。Is split between affective psychosis manic-depressive mental illness and schizophrenia of a hybrid between the two of heavy mental.The author of this disease at home in accordance with its unique understanding of the causes of pathology and the experience of the dialectical theory of governance,on the common disease clinical psychology,two major types of liver pathology of the disease attribute a cause of disease pathogenesis and the evolution of the conversion,as well as clinical performance,governance are prescription,acupuncture methods discussed;At the same time,also on the prevention of heart,liver of Qi-deficiency,it is converted to put an end to the turn of attack,as well as a good defense complex view of their homes and treatment.
