抗真菌颗粒剂内服配合香莲外洗液外用治疗足癣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗真菌颗粒剂内服配合香莲外洗液外用治疗足癣的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机平行对照单盲法设计,入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以抗真菌颗粒剂内服及香莲外洗液外用,对照组单用香莲外洗液外用;2周为1个疗程;分别治疗2个疗程,对停药时及停药2周后的疗效进行分析评价。结果:疗效评价的结论建立在ITT意图治疗分析的基础上;治疗组和对照组相比,其在停药两周时其临床疗效、真菌学清除率、综合疗效以及皮损消退时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有1例发生局部皮肤红肿,发生率为3.57%。结论:抗真菌颗粒剂内服配合香莲外洗液外用具有良好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广运用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral Kangzhenjun drug granules plus topical Xianglian cleaning solution on tinea pedis.Methods：A randomized controlled,parallel,single blind clinical tiral was conducted,the suited cases would be randomly divided into treatment and control groups,the treatment group was treated with oral Kangzhenjun drug granules plus topical Xianglian cleaning solution,the control group was alone treated with topical Xianglian cleaning solution;two weeks for a treatment;respectively for two courses,to evaluate the efficacy at the stop point and two weeks after.Results：Evaluation of the conclusions based on（intention-to-treat analysis）,the treatment group was superor to the control group two weeks after the withdrawal of its clinical efficacy,mycology clearance rate,as well as lesions of integrated dissipated time（P0.05）,one case of local skin irritation in the treatment group,the rate was 3.57 percent.Conclusion：the treatment of oral Kangzhenjun drug granules plus topical Xianglian cleaning solution on tinea pedis has good efficacy and safety,was worthy of clinical application.
