肾气丸与右归丸对肾虚大鼠肾功能损伤恢复的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肾气丸与右归丸对实验肾功损伤大鼠影响的比较研究。方法:雄性wistar雄鼠40只,随机分成4组,空白组常规喂养。余3组造劳倦过度加庆大霉素肾虚模型。2周后,造模成功后,B组(右归丸组),C组(肾气丸组)给予灌药。观察大鼠一般情况。取颈静脉血检测血清尿素氮(BUN),血清肌酐(Cr)变化情况及病理变化。结果:造模成功,用药后,Cr检验4组对比不明显(P>0.05),但模型组、右归丸组与肾气丸组均有恢复趋势,肾气丸组较其他组更具优效性。实验后Bun有恢复趋势,且前后对比有统计学意义(P<0.01),肾气丸组恢复明显。病理切片显示:模型组,右归丸组,肾气丸组均有病理损伤,模型组右归丸损伤严重,肾气丸损伤相对轻。该实验从对比角度,研究肾气丸,右归丸对模型大鼠的肾功能恢复的机制,为进一步研究打下实验基础。Objective：To investigate the difference of Renal function recovery between Shen Qi bolos and You Gui bolos on the rat renal injury.Methods：40 male wistar male rats were randomly divided into four groups,Blank control group were fed conventional.Other groups made the rat renal injury cansed by＂Fatigue and Sexual strain increase gentamycin＂,two weeks ago,B group,C group drench.The general situation in rats.Check carotid blood,detect BUN,Cr and Pathological changes.Conclusion：The model is success.Drug treatment group after the restoration of Shen Qi bolos Obviously,more gifted than the other groups,but also after administration compared to other groups,Shen Qi bolos more marked improvement in the general situation in rats.After drug intervention,the kidney of shenqi bolos is better than other groups in the pathological improvements.
