龙牙楤木叶总皂苷抗肿瘤作用机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨龙牙楤木叶总皂苷抗肿瘤作用机理。方法:采用ELISA法检测S-180小鼠IL-2、TNF-α含量;免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中rasP21蛋白和突变型P53蛋白含量。结果:龙牙楤木叶总皂苷明显增高S-180小鼠IL-2、TNF-α含量(P<0.05);对rasP21和P53蛋白表达明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:龙牙楤木叶总皂苷能诱生荷瘤小鼠IL-2、TNF-α含量,抑制ras癌基因蛋白P21和突变型P53蛋白的过度表达,而达到抗肿瘤的作用。Objective：To discuss the effect of total saponin of Aralia elata Seem leaf（TSAS）on anti-cancer.Methods：Determine the amounts of serum IL-2 of mice by ELISA,tumor cell apoptosis by FCM and rasP21 protein in tumor tissue.Results：TSAS can cause the number of serum IL-2 increase obviously,can′t alter the tumor cell cycle distinctly.Apoptosis rate heighten clearly the number of rasP21 protein reduce evidently.Conclusion：TSAS can increase serum IL-2,induce the tumor cell to apoptosis and urge ras cancer gene reversion to resist tumor.
