摘 要:目的回顾性总结儿童腺样体肥大的X线鼻咽侧位平片表现,评价测量腺样体/鼻咽腔(A/N)比值的临床应用价值。方法收集经临床及手术刮除,病理证实的腺样体肥大134例,男92例,女42例。均常规摄吸气期鼻咽侧位平片和测量A/N比值。结果134例均为鼻咽顶后壁软组织增厚,鼻咽腔变窄;A/N比值0.6-0.7有32例,占24%;A/N比值0.7以上有102例,占76%。本组手术的134例中没有A/N比值<0.6。结论(1)摄吸气时的鼻咽侧位片是观察腺样体肥大的简单而准确的方法。(2)测量A/N比值用以观察腺样体肥大的程度,A/N比值≤0.60为正常范围,0.6-0.7为腺样体中度肥大,0.70以上者为腺样体重度肥大。(3)测量A/N对选择腺样体刮除术具有一定的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of adenoidal hypertrophy/nasopharyngeal cavity(A/N) ratio. Methods 92 men and 42 women of infant adenoid hypertrophy confirmed by clinical examination and operation were collected. Nasopharyngeal lateral films were taken for everyone of all, the A/N ratio was measured. Results The soft tissues in nasopharyngeal roof and posterior part were thickened, the nasopharyngeal cavity were narrowed, 32 eases of them 3/N ratios were 0.6 - 0.7, and 102 cases of them were t〉0.7. No one of their A/ N ratios were 〈 0.6. Conclusions Nasopha - ryngea lateral film with inspiration is a simple and correct examination for observing adenoidal hypertrophy, and measurement of A/N ratio can predict degree of adenoidal hypertrophy and hence has significant clinical value in selection of curettage of adenoids.
