摘  要:采用田间小区试验,以金玉1号和丰禾10号两个玉米品种为试验材料,选用两种生物种衣剂(种衣剂1号和种衣剂2号)为种子包衣处理,通过测定玉米各生理指标和产量,研究生物种衣剂包衣对玉米生长发育的影响。结果表明,生物种衣剂包衣能分别促进硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性(GSA)、叶绿素含量和光合速率的提高,1号种衣剂处理比对照增产12.0%~13.3%,2号种衣剂处理比对照增产8.2%~9.6%。由此可知,两种生物种衣剂能提高试验玉米多种生理指标的同时,对本试验玉米的产量也有显著提高作用,且1号种衣剂更有利于提高玉米籽粒产量。The effects of biological seed coating agent on growth and development of maize were studied by field plot experiment. Two biological seed coating agents(agent1 and agent2) were selected to evaluated the effects of several physiological indices on two maize cultivaters (Jinyul and Fenghe 10). The results showed that the nitrate reductase activity(NRA) and glutamine synthetase activity (GSA) from corns were promoted by biological seed coating agents, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, yield and income from increased maize, and the grain quality from maize was improved by the treatments of biological seed coating agents. Futhermore, seed coating agent1 could increase grain yield from corns more than seed coating agent2. The yield from corn treated by seed coating agent1 increased from 12.0% to 13.3% compared with that of CK, and the yield from maize treated by seed coating agent2 increased from 8.2% to 9.6% compared with that of CK.
