摘 要:介绍一种测定大鼠不同脑区单胺类神经递质的方法。采用荧光分光光度法同时测定大鼠不同脑区NE、DA和5-HT三种单胺类神经递质的含量。结果表明,荧光强度与浓度呈线性相关,NE、DA和5-HT的检测回收率分别为102.2%、95.4%和102.8%。该方法快速、灵敏、重复性较高,可为临床监测及科研提供参考。The paper introduced a method for the determination of the monoamine neurotrans-mitter in different encephalic regions in rat. The contents of three monoamine neurotransmitter NE,L-DA and 5-HT in different encephalic regions in rat were measured by fluorospectrophotometry. The results showed that a linear dependence was presented between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration, the recovery rates of the NE, DA and 5-HT were 102.2%, 95.4% and 102.8%, respectively. Thus, this method is rapid, sensitive and higher reproducibility and supplies a reference for the clinic determination and scientific research.
