民间环保组织成员参与动机研究——以嘉兴市民环保检查团为例

摘　　要：对嘉兴市民环保检查团成员参与地方环境管理决策动机进行了实证考察,进而分析和比较了检查团成员中不同群体的参与动机状况。在此基础上,建议要正确对待环保检查团成员不同的参与动机,建立科学合理的环保检查团人力资源结构,设计更有意义和价值的参与项目,以提高成员参与的成就感。The author carried out an investigation into the members＇ motivations of taking part in local environmental management decisions in civil environmental protection organizations and proceeded to analyze and compare the motivations of different groups of members. On the basis of all of them, the author proposes policy suggestions on proper attitudes towards all kinds of motivations, how to setup a scientific human resource structure of the citizen inspection group and how to scheme out better projects for the members to improve their success feeling.
